A WERTHLESS CHRISTMAS: VOLUME III
A little late, a little early. This years compilation was a tough one to create. Christmas is such a heavy crown, so much expectation and desire. I am constantly wondering how all of this started and why we all choose to follow blindly sometimes. The deep rooted intentions of this holiday are grand but the answer at the end of the algorithm is often selfish consumption. This year invent a new tradition, challenge your beliefs and just hug someone, even if they don't deserve it. We all have memories surrounding this time of year and whether or not they are wonderful or gray they are none the less pure. This compilation is at times solemn, desperate, needy, fulfilled, joyful, cold, mystified, teary eyed, youthful, pining, morose, grieving, ecstatic, and hopeful. Absorb this in your own way as we celebrate this next week of the most wonderful time of the year.
As always, I would listen to this the first time through uninterrupted as I spent a lot of time shifting through moods and pulling emotion like white blood cells extracting toxins from the body.
